YLG (R & R salons Pvt Ltd) is the owner and operator of the on demand home beauty services mobile Application “YLG ON TAP”. The App is hosted by Presto Apps ( Pallette Arts Private Ltd)

User hereinafter referred to as “You” and the mobile APP as “YLG ON TAP”.

At the time of signing up/ using the YLG ON TAP App, you will share certain Personal Information with R & R salons Pvt Ltd. Such Personal Information may include your personal identifiable information such as your name, address, mobile number, your e-mail ids, payment details and any other personal information which user may share in connection with the services. You understand and agree that R&R salons Pvt Ltd has every right to share such details with third parties for its promotions, analysis, cookies etc.

In case you participate in any other schemes, facilities, services provided by the YLG ON TAP App, You will be required to provide additional information (age, reference etc.). Such information will also remain in R & R salons database and will be considered as your Personal Information and will be treated as confidential.

Protection of Information and Storage:

YLG ON TAP app could be vulnerable to hacking, virus attacks and your personal data may be at risk. The host (Presto) takes all the necessary and reasonable caution to protect the YLG ON TAP app and data.

Your Personal Information could be used to send newsletters, offers, information about new products, services, launches, facilities, schemes and other information, if applicable. The information collected from You and other users may be analysed in different manners. R&R salons Pvt Ltd may also share such analysis with its service providers and its business partners.

In case R&R salons Pvt Ltd is required to disclose your Personal Information in order to assist the Government Authority or in adherence to the Court or to protect the interest of the YLG ON TAP Service and/or any particular user(s), R&R salon Pvt Ltd will disclose it without obtaining prior permission from you.

Are children allowed to use YLG on Tap App?

Use of YLG services is available only to persons who can form a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are a minor i.e. under the age of 18 years, you may use YLG only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
